- In order to use the system for the first time, you will need to activate your AV Reservations account
- You will need to use the email address that is registered in the UW-Madison Directory. Only email addresses ending in
wisc.edu or uwhealth.org will be permitted. This includes
@(your department).wisc.edu or just @wisc.edu email addresses
- Check Directory
- Get a UW-Madison Photo ID
- If you do not have an email address ending in wisc.edu then you can activate your campus account at this website
- If your email address does not show up in the UW-Madison Directory please see this page for information on how to change your directory listing. Once it is changed it will be automatically imported into our system. on the following Monday
